Please read the information below to help you successfully navigate through the process. The deadline to complete the On-Line Evaluation is Wednesday, March 25 by 7:00 pm. No CE Transcript will be issued without an Evaluation being submitted. CE Transcripts will be sent to the email address in which the registration was received. Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the date of the conference to receive your transcript. The Evaluation must be completed at one time (there is no option to save your answers and revisit the evaluation). Completing the evaluation at the end of the conference or following day is advised.
If you do not see the notification immediately following your submission of the evaluation, please contact Nadine Popovich (npopovich@acms.org). The Evaluation can only be submitted on March 20, 2026. Those completed and submitted prior to the program date will be voided. |
